All the herbs and berries you need are in the muslim bag inside this kit.  You will add water, and your own honey or agave and upon completion, you will have approximately 24 oz of this delicious, healthy syrup. Some of the key ingredients in the elderberries are:  Vitamin A, B, and C. Bioflavonoids,  beta-carotene, iron, potassium, phytosterols, antioxidants.  Each ingredient was carefully chosen for its benefits to the body. 

 

Once made, please keep your syrup in the refridgerator.  Good for 6 months.  So use it, don't let it sit for "later".  You will learn to see it as a valuable daily treat for yourself and your family.

 

Dosage:  Once prepared and placed in jar. Keep in the refrigerator.

Children (1-5 yrs) 1/2tsp to 1 tsp daily

Children (6-11 yrs)  1 1/2 tsp to 2 tsp daily

Kids over 12 and Adults - 1-2 tablespoons daily

At first sign of sickness take above dosages every 3 hrs for two days then resume normal dose.  This will help immensely.

  • Instructions for Use:

    Inside this recycled kraft bag is a muslim bag full of elderberries and other herbs and spices to make your premium syrup. Leave all the ingredients inside the bag.

     

    Place the bag in a 2 quart pot.  Add 4 cups of water.  Boil for 30 minutes, on medium.  Using a spoon press down on the muslim bag to release the juices.  Set the pan aside for 20 minutes to cool.

     

    Once cool, squeeze all the drops you can out of the muslim bag.  Toss the bag in the garbage.  Add 1 cup of honey or agave. Stir completely. Pour into prepared bottles or a quart jar.

     

    Use as directed on the bag.  Once the syrup is made, refrigerate it.  Use within 3 months to ensure its freshness.
